Thats amazing honey. Oh and too add to the bird analogies, "sometimes you gotta fall before you fly". It's a lyric that's gotten to me a lot lately. You are doing so great, but remember there's more to you than just a number, or just a self conscious girl. There's something inside of you that's amazing and I can't wait to read more. I remember when you first started this blog, and though it's slow, you've come almost 10 pounds so far, right? It's really great. Best of luck.
