I have gained so much weight. I don't even want to post it. But I said that I would.

I don't understand how that is even possible. I've been restricting, calorie counting, exercising. I shudder to think what it was before last week. I will be 155 by monday. 4 pounds shouldn't be that hard to lose. I'm skipping breakfast today. As for the rest of today, I'm going to stay under 500 calories. Summer is coming, and I need my legs to look better. I'm still doing the 30 day squat challenge, and I'm not seeing any difference at all. I'm going to increase my cardio though so hopefully that will help.

  1. Hey, I weigh much much more than you! so you're not as fat as I am :P but yeah, it's been a challenge to get the scale to move so I understand how you feel. I hope things get better with the changes you are making! xo

    1. I seriously doubt that, and even if you do, I hardly exercise at all so all of my weight is fat. Thanks so much for your words of encouragement :)

  2. Ive had good luck with intermittent fasting. I fast every other day and I eat 1500 calories on my eating day. In addition I don't eat carbs.

    It's basically like eating 750 calories a day without having to worry about your metabolism slowing down. Also soon as you get use to it you are never hungry and you have a ton of energy so exercise is easy.

    I also drink 4 cups of black coffee a day which not only gives energy but burns calories.

At least every third day once the current weight are given. Who will exceed the soon disqualified. Finally, the final weight must be disclosed. The winner is the one who has lost the most. I wish you all Enjoy participation and that you make it sometimes to be a sexythinspo. I also find all sorts of tips, so that you can finally lose weight. Listed ask you good that you have to specify your starting weight on November 4, on my side, so you do not forget my Challenge.
